1 General Terms

dkh88 is an online gaming platform that provides cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and other entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a formal agreement between dkh88 ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "member").

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Account Registration

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being cancelled. At the time of registration, you must provide the following information accurately:

If false or incorrect information is provided, dkh88 reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit any balance.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Members of the same household, users sharing the same IP address, or users sharing the same device may each hold separate accounts. However, if there is suspicion of bonus abuse, dkh88 reserves the right to investigate.

3 Account Security

The security of your dkh88 account is entirely your responsibility. Always keep your password and login details confidential and do not share them with any third party.

• Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Log out after each session, especially on shared devices.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact customer support immediately.
• Activating two-factor authentication is strongly recommended.
• Avoid logging in through phishing links or unfamiliar sources.

In the event of an account security breach, dkh88 will not be liable for any financial loss if the breach occurred due to the user's own negligence.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Policy

The following methods may be used to deposit funds on dkh88: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

• Use the correct amount and reference number when making a deposit.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Since withdrawal requests are subject to review, additional documents may be required in some cases.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more qualifies for the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times, applied only to the bonus amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳20,000 (৳1,000 × 20) must be wagered before withdrawing.

5.3 Other Promotions

dkh88 offers various special promotions and offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which will be listed on the promotions page. The following rules apply to all promotions:

• Another bonus cannot be claimed while an active bonus is in progress.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Promotion benefits are for genuine gaming activity only.

6 Gaming Rules

6.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error causes incorrect results or payments to be displayed, dkh88 reserves the right to cancel or correct that transaction. Financial claims arising from system failures are not accepted.

6.4 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. There is an opportunity to review all bets before they are finalised. Bets that have already been confirmed generally cannot be cancelled.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dkh88 platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using any automation software, bots, or scripts
• Intentionally exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs
• Coordinating with other users to abuse bonuses
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Operating an account under a false identity
• Harassing or attempting to harm other members
• Using the dkh88 name or logo without authorisation
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits

You may request to close your account at any time. Before closing the account, any outstanding wagering requirements must be met and available balance must be withdrawn. dkh88 reserves the right to suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Suspicion of fraud or deception
• Extended period of inactivity
• At the user's own request
• If a responsible gaming self-exclusion is active

10.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for a long period, the account may be marked as inactive. dkh88's maintenance fee policy may apply to the balance of inactive accounts; details can be obtained from the support team.
